I’m not a guru, a therapist, or a life coach. I’m a man in his 30s trying to figure it out — just like you. I started Pipe Up because I needed a place to breathe. A place to process what I was carrying. Somewhere honest, quiet, and real.

These videos? These words? They’re not advice — they’re reflections. Sometimes I’m talking to the man I used to be. Sometimes I’m talking to the one I’m trying to become. And sometimes I’m just talking to keep from going silent.

Pipe Up isn’t about having answers. It’s about having the courage to show up with your questions. It’s about facing the weight and still choosing peace. It’s a space for men who’ve been through it, are going through it, or are tired of carrying it alone.
